Golden has reimagined what was once a former stable into a destination eatery with warmth and sophistication, referencing iconic colours and materiality that encourage a subliminal journey through Australia’s highlands, lowlands and coastal plains. Versatile design transforms Nine Yards from day to night, and café to restaurant, providing an engaging experience that marries food and setting – an authentic yet modern interpretation of site and context.

Our custom Stellar upholstery celebrates the unique brilliance of Australian native flora and echoes the menu’s focus of Australian culinary and cultural references. The quintessential Australian green and gold palette brings an uplifting sense of nostalgia to the space.
